1.
ATEEZ
Known for their energetic beats and sexy charm, ATEEZ members tore up the scene with back-to-back hit singles Bouncy and Crazy Form in 2023. The group kept rising to new heights by becoming the first K-Pop boy group to perform at Coachella earlier this year. It’s been six months since ATINYs got new music from ATEEZ, but all that is about to end really soon!
The group is set to delight once again with the release of their 10th mini album, GOLDEN HOUR: Part. 1, with the title track, “Work”. Technically, the album is out May 31, but of course, we expect it to dominate airwaves and Spotify playlists in June.
Teaser photos and video for the album have already been released, showcasing a series of sun-soaked imagery in dusty Los Angeles as a mellow narration plays in the background. What’s ATEEZ cooking up this time? Whatever it is, we’re sure they would make it work!

Kep1er
Formed through the survival reality competition show Girls Planet, Kep1er has captivated fans since before their official debut. The 9-member group continues to dazzle with its sweet and dynamic charms through various Korean and Japanese language releases. However, as with other K-Pop groups formed through survival, Kep1er members’ contract expires much sooner than the standard seven years, with 2024 being their last year together. As of the writing of this article, discussion is still ongoing between the members and their label, WakeOne Entertainment, for a potential renewal.
The group is set to release their first full Korean album, Kep1going On, on June 3. The comeback photos for the title track, Shooting Star, showcase the girls looking luminous in denim, surrounded by romantic purple flowers. Depending on their contract talk, this may very well be Kep1er’s last release, so make sure to go all out to show your love for Yeseo, Yujin, Xiaoting, Chaehyun, Yongeun, Bahiyyih, Hikaru, Dayeon, and Mashiro.

Nayeon (TWICE)
In the summer of 2022, Nayeon of Twice ruled with her chart-topping hit POP!, also her first solo endeavor. Two years later, the summer queen is set to reclaim her reign with the much-anticipated mini-album simply titled Na. The album will be released on June 14, and a slew of promotional materials have already been unveiled, showcasing a blonde Sailormoon-haired Nayeon as the ultimate hot girl summer of your dreams. The tracklist for the album promises some exciting collaborations with the likes of Sam Kim, Julie of Kiss of Life, and THE JYP himself, who co-wrote her title track, ABCD. With the acclaimed producer onboard – he who’s responsible for some of Twice’s biggest hits – we’ve no doubt that Nayeon’s return will create yet another poppin’ splash.

RIIZE
After releasing the dance-infused pre-release track Impossible last month, The sensational Gen 5 boy group RIIZE is set to make their full comeback on June 17. The group’s first mini-album, titled RIIZING (appropriately), will contain eight songs, including past hits like “Love 119” and “Siren” and the much anticipated new title track “Boom Boom Bass.”
Teaser images and schedule breakdown have been released. Y2K hip hop flavor remains a strong influence on the group’s aesthetic. Expect the music to evoke the same vibe, eliciting nostalgic throwbacks to the early aughts.
Wonbin, Anton, and Co. have consistently topped the brand reputation chart in South Korea. Everything from their hairstyles to outfits becomes trending, proving their clout as the hottest trendsetters. We expect their latest comeback to continue the hot streak.
5.
aespa
With the banger pre-release track Supernova already dominating charts everywhere, the path to aespa’s first full album, Armageddon, is set wide open. Armageddon is due out June 21, and the 4-member group has given MYs a taste of what’s to come with a highlight medley that couldn’t have been more aespa!
All those electronic synth and heavy beats! Your headphones are going to work HARD this summer. Still, it’s all worth it because if Supernova is any indication, the album’s sonic quality is going to be out of this world.
Interestingly, the teaser omits spoiling the title track Armageddon – you just know it’s gonna be really explosive when that one drops! The visual teaser itself hints at a dark sci-fi concept that reminds you of their Savage era, signaling that aespa is back to their badass futuristic roots.
Conclusion
There are also a slew of reported comebacks set to sizzle up this June.
On June 17, SEVENTEEN’s Wonwoo and Jeonghan will be releasing their first single album as a duo with THIS MAN.
Sunmi is also gearing up for another release, though the date remains TBD. Can the sultry queen of K-Pop replicate the success of her past hits?
In the same month, former TVXQ member Kim Jaejoong will release his long-awaited comeback album. This one’s gonna be special for fans because June 2024 also marks the singer-actor’s 20th debut anniversary.
