Who Is KickFlip?
After nearly seven years since Stray Kids’ debut, JYP has finally introduced a new boy group. KickFlip’s name, inspired by the iconic skateboarding trick, reflects their goal to push boundaries and carve their own path in K-pop. This seven-member squad—Kyehoon, Amaru, Donghwa, Juwang, Minje, Keiju, and Donghyeon—has spent years training, and now they’re ready to dominate.

Meet the Members
Kyehoon (Leader, Vocalist): A JYP trainee since 2015, his 10 years of experience and natural leadership shine.
Amaru (Rapper, Songwriter): Born in Japan, former YG trainee Amaru shined on “LOUD” with his stage presence and even contributed to KickFlip’s debut album as a songwriter.
Donghwa (Vocalist, Songwriter): A seven-year trainee with powerful vocals brings his own artistic touch as a songwriter.
Juwang (Dancer): Tumbling specialist, bringing acrobatic energy to performances.
Minje (Dancer, Visual): A charismatic performer who adds color to the group with his visuals.
Keiju (Dancer, Rapper): Another Japanese member, a former “LOUD” contestant and talented performer.
Donghyeon (Makenae, All-Rounder): An ex-ice hockey player turned K-pop star, fluent in English.

Debuting with a Bang: Flip It, Kick It!
This six-track mini-album is packed with energy, featuring the rebellious title track “Mama Said” and pre-debut release “Umm Great,” an attitude-filled hit about staying true to yourself. Amaru and Donghwa even contributed to the songwriting, showing the group’s creative potential. Inspired by Stray Kids, they aim to become a self-producing powerhouse in the future, expressing their ideas through their songs. The album is available in a variety of different versions that all come in different styles. For example, you have the “On Board Ver.,” “Stop It Ver.,” “Lookbook ver.,” “Umm Great Ver.,” and “Trainee Ver.”
Fans were hyped even before debut, with “Flip It, Kick It!” racking up 300,000 pre-orders and topping the Circle “Daily Album Chart.” The title “Mama Said” MV is already climbing the charts, and to celebrate, JYP launched a special pop-up store at The Hyundai Seoul department store.
