Plot Synopsis

Lee Gon (Lee Min-ho), the modern-day Emperor of the Kingdom of Corea, finds a portal to a parallel world where the Republic of Korea exists. There, he meets detective Jeong Tae-eul (Kim Go-eun), whom he remembers from an identity card linked to his father’s assassination when he was a child. Meanwhile, his half-uncle Lee Lim (Lee Jung-jin), who killed the previous king, is secretly gathering armies and moving between the two worlds, putting both realities in danger.
