Plot Synopsis
Genie, Make a Wish tells the story of Iblis, a genie who is freed after being trapped in a lamp for 983 years. He was imprisoned long ago because of a woman named Ka-young in one of her past lives. In the present, Ka-young is a psychopath living a lonely, controlled life under her strict grandmother. She struggles with her emotions and feels trapped in her routine. When she meets Iblis, everything changes. Iblis is searching for Ka-young’s soul to take revenge for his imprisonment, but things don’t go as planned. He gives her three wishes, and their story turns into a mix of comedy, conflict, and unexpected romance.
