Getting Around the SMtown & Store Website

Shopping on SMtown & Store is super straightforward. It supports English, Japanese, and Chinese, so you can browse comfortably in your preferred language.

You can search by category, artist, or product type—making it easy to find exactly what you’re after, whether that’s a new NCT album or a piece of aespa apparel. There’s even a “Pick” section with curated product highlights and fan favorites.

For news on fresh drops and limited-time offers, keep an eye on the Event News section. Looking for something specific? Just type it into the search bar. Bonus: Some products, like albums and light sticks, are tied to Korea’s Circle Chart and Hanteo Chart, so your purchases can actually help support your faves on the charts.

When ordering, make sure to check the sizing and details at the bottom of each product page. Also, keep in mind that items with batteries often can’t be shipped internationally—though this depends on your country and courier, so it’s worth double-checking. Pre-orders might take a bit longer to ship, so check the estimated delivery window before you finalize your order.

We Buy and Ship

This service is perfect for those who may not be familiar with the Korean language or the process of purchasing from Korean online retailers. Delivered Korea takes care of everything—from purchasing the items to consolidating, repacking, and offering additional services upon request—before shipping them worldwide.

STEP 1: Enter the Product URL

Find the item you want from any Korean online store. Then, log in to Delivered Korea and enter the product URL in the search box. This will take you to the We Buy and Ship order page.Fill in all the required details and click Get a Quote. If you have any special requests or questions about the product, be sure to include them in the Additional Information field.

STEP 2: Order Checkout

After submitting your order, Delivered Korea will review it and provide you with a price quotation. Your order status will change to Ready to Pay.

Review the details carefully. If everything is correct, proceed with checkout. Select the order, click Add to Cart, then go to your cart and complete the payment for the order checkout.

Note: This payment does not cover international shipping fees.

STEP 3: Korea Domestic Shipping

Your order will first be shipped from the seller to Delivered Korea’s warehouse in Korea.

Once you complete checkout, your order status will change to Paid. Generally, the order will be processed within 12–24 business hours, after which the status will update to Ordered.When your package arrives at our warehouse, the status will change to Received, and you will receive an automated email notification.

STEP 4: Request Additional Services

All received packages will appear on the Warehouse page. If you need additional services such as Repacking or Inclusion Only, apply for them at this step. Otherwise, proceed to the next step directly.

STEP 5: International Shipping

Once all additional services are completed, you can check out for international shipping.

Go to Warehouse, select your package(s), and click Check Out. Choose your shipping address and preferred shipping method. A detailed breakdown of shipping costs will be displayed.

Complete the payment, and your delivery request will be submitted. The order status will change to Ready to Ship. You may track the shipping status under the Shipment tab.

Note: Shipping times and costs vary depending on your destination and chosen shipping option. Once your package leaves our Korean warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also find it on the Shipment page.

You Buy, We Ship

This is a proxy shipping service that offers fast, easy, affordable, and convenient international shipping from Korea. If you know how to purchase products from Korean online stores but need help with international shipping, simply use our free Korean address, request additional services if needed, and receive your package!

STEP 1: Submit the Package Details

Log in to Delivered Korea and get your free Korean warehouse address with your own suite number. Use this address when buying from Korean online stores. Remember to input your suite number correctly so we can identify your package when it arrives at our warehouse.

Next, go to the You Buy, We Ship section and click Add New to submit your incoming package details. Fill in all the required information and click Add Items to enter the details of each item. If you ordered more than one product from the seller, be sure to click Add New and enter the details for each product.

Note: Make sure to enter the item details in English to ensure accurate documentation, as these details will appear on the commercial invoice for customs duties.

Click Submit once you’ve entered all the details. Your order will appear under the You Buy section, and the status will be shown as Submitted.

STEP 2: Package Arrival at the Korea Warehouse

Once your package arrives at Delivered Korea’s warehouse in Korea, it will be shown under the Warehouse tab, and the status will change to Received.

At this stage, you can request additional services such as repacking, photo service, and inclusion only.

STEP 3: International Shipping

If you don’t need any additional services, or once the requested services are completed, you can proceed with checkout for international shipping.

Go to Warehouse, select your package(s), and click Check Out. Then, choose your shipping address and preferred shipping method. You will see a detailed breakdown of the shipping costs. Complete the payment, and your delivery request will be submitted.

Note: Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your destination and chosen delivery option. 

Once your package leaves our Korean warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, and it will also appear on the Shipment page.
